Bega - Mon 27 Sept - Fri 1 October 2010 This workshop was held during the first week of the October school holidays (NSW) at the Mumbulla School - 37 Bega Street, Bega NSW. We enjoyed lots of musical sharing, good food, friends and fun! The Camp ran from 8.30am to 4.00pm (not sleeping overnight). A yummy lunch was served every day and camp tshirts were provided.All orchestral instrument players were welcome of all ages and abilities. Camp director was Geoffrey Badger and the tutors included Georgi Hargraves - woodwind, Helen Gill - brass, and Dave Hewitt - percussion. They were joined by other professional musicians and music students. Our guest string tutors this year were the wonderful Acacia Ensemble: Lisa Stewart, Myee Clohessy, Stefan Duwe and Anna Krausmann. |
